mapThe TAGS team are all about making your dreams come true. The two Principals Ayshen Sami and Tim Gale have knowledge and experience in the Turkish Cypriot market that goes back several decades. Our newest addition to the team Yilmaz Kamburoğlu has more than ten years experience in hospitality and customer service, as well as bringing a wealth of business knowledge into our mix. Ayshen is a Cypriot native who knows the island and its secrets intimately. With hospitality and building development and sales experience you can be confident that she knows not only who to contact, but how to get the best from them for you.

Tim is a UK national who came to Cyprus for a short-term contract and fell in love with the island, it’s people and its culture. His knowledge of what those coming from outside the island want is superb, and his experience of project management, meeting deadlines and ensuring best value and efficiency have been a cornerstone of his approach to work.

Yilmaz grew up on the island, and has a wide network of local and expat suppliers at his disposal. His years of hospitality experience mean he is an expert in finding out what you need and how to make sure you get it.

STAGE ONE:

We will look at your job and give you an initial estimate, with a free of charge consultation. Taking the time to visit your site and discuss your requirements helps us identify not just your vision but how we can turn it into a reality, making sure we have the right materials and legal compliance.

STAGE TWO – DEVELOPING THE TIMELINE

Our second stage , once you accept the quote is to give you a project timeline which is based on your immediate, mid and long term priorities for your project.

STAGE 3- PROJECT PROCESS

Our major priority is ensuring your satisfaction with every stage of the project, and that all the work is done to the right standard, with full legal compliance. We will take care of any legal issues and ensure your work is completed on time. Using timeline charts we will set out each stage of the project so you can see when each stage will be completed. During the project lifetime we will provide you with ongoing advice and support, using our dedicated team of tradesmen, all of whom will have been personally vetted by us before being allowed to work on your site.
